Advertising & Contribution Guidelines

Advertising in the TDW Magazine is allocated on a first come first served basis and is strictly space limited per issue. Most advertisers purchase space in banks of four issues to maximise exposure and better pricing for the premium spaces.

Advert Types

We permit the following advert types within the magazine, pricing is available upon request:

  • Standard A4
  • Half-Page
  • Quarter Page
  • Eighth Page
  • Premium Inside Cover
  • Premium (opposite content page)
  • Premium Rear Page

Advert Production Guidelines

Unless otherwise agreed with the TDW production team, you must follow these guidelines:

  • All artwork MUST be delivered in full CMYK colour profile
  • Artwork MUST have 3mm bleed on all edges
  • Artwork must NOT include ANY bleed or crop marks
  • File formats we support – PDF, AI, PSD, EPS
  • You must ensure your advert is not offensive or cause distress to our readership
  • You grant TDW full and unrestricted rights to publish your advert within the TDW Magazine and supporting marketing material
  • You warrant that any logo’s or trademarks are yours or you are permitted to use them within your advert

Article Contributions

At TDW we are always looking for quality contributions from our network and readership. Articles are welcome that include know-how, lessons learned, technical specification usage and software suggestions and recommendations. Email your suggestions into the editor using the contact form on this website.

Contribution Guidelines

  • You grant TDW a full and unrestricted licence to publish your article
  • Your article must be between 850 and 3500 words – series articles are agreed with the editor
  • You must not cause offence
  • All content must be yours and your own
  • Third party content – you must disclose any third party content and any relevant permissions you may have for use
  • File formats – to aid with migrating to our Adobe Indesign software our preference is Microsft Word, PDF or Adobe Indesign format
  • Illustrations must be a high-resolution minimum of 300dpi, CMYK in either JPEG, PNG, BMP, AI, PSD formats
